This weekend I went to visit my sister as usual. She is a teacher and living in İstanbul. She is going to join the Celebration of 85. Anniversary of the Establishment of Turkey’s Republic. Anyway, she was supposed to write a short speech about the Republic. She offered me to cook these cookies if I help her with the speech. I accepted with pleasure.
