did i just ruin my whole diet?
im freaking out. i have to go to mexico in 2 weeks for spring break and i don't want to look so fat.
today i ate a banana, gum, tic tacs, wheat bagel, grapes, yogurt
then I PIGGED OUT! I had a huge mushroom omelete, like 12 girl scout thin mint cookies (thats 3 servings) a glass of 2 % milk, and two huge bowls of brown sugar miniwheats with 2% milk...what the hell is my problem? I wasn't even hungry but once i screwed it up by eating a cookie, i thought what the hell and ate everything i've been missing. now i feel like a bloated whale 
is it possible for me to ever lose 30 pounds (eventually...i only want to lose like 5 by the time I go to Mexico) without doing this freaky stupid binge thing again? It's not for emotional reasons at all either! I just wanted all the yummy foods! I'm such a screw up
It's ok I have done this before on my diet and you can still be successful. I have lost over 50 pounds in a year and I currently weight 174 so I'm still going.
It gets easier trust me.
You just have to be commited and REALLY want it. I know this isn't good advice, but it is honestly the only thing you can do except force your family to leave all of the junk food out of the house which they wont do most likely like my family. It helps to just picture yourself at your goal weight each day and keep that as motivation.
