Slow Cooker Recipes Ground Meat
Need a recipe for slow cooker, or any...?
I have these ingredients:
For meat all I have is ground sirloin and a large can of chicken breast.
Vegetables I got carrots, green peppers, onions, corn, baked beans, green beans, peas. I have condensed soups, cream of celery, tomato, cheddar cheese soup. Some other things I have are frozen cheese ravioli, spaghetti sauce, alfredo sauce, herbs and spices, cheese, rice, pasta....
Please give me a recipe I could make out of these ingredients. Preferably for a slow cooker, but anything you can come up with would be appreciated. I'm lost. Thanks.
I would not use any of the ingrediants you have in a crock pot but in the oven because mosdt of the things you have are already cooked. Cut and past these links for some god recipe ideas

I usually make enchiladas with ground beef, corn tortillas, wolf brand chili ( no beans) and shredded cheese.?
I want a different recipe for homemade enchiladas. Nothing complicated either. Does anyone have any good recipes out there?
these are to die for. i got the recipe from my MIL, but modified it a litlle (the top is her recipes, my modifications are at the bottom).
Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
3-4 chicken breast, boiled, then cool and shred*
1 small can green chilies
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese**
2 cans green chili enchilada sauce***
2 tbs. butter
tortillas
sour cream
salsa
olives
in sauce pan saute the onion in butter, add soups, chilies and 1 can of enchilada sauce, bring to boil, add shredded chicken, lower heat ans cook for 5 minutes.
put tortillas in microwave to soften for about 45 seconds
place about 2-3 tbl. of chicken mixture in tortilla and roll, place in baking dish. cover with other can of sauce and cheese.
bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
garnish with salsa, olives and sour cream
*for a little more flavor i cook them in the oven with a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder, or when feeling lazy, i buy a cooked rotisserie chicken.
**i usually add more, and sometimes i mix regular jack with pepper jack cheese
***i use one can of regular green chili enchlada sauce, and one jar of really good green salsa, pica de gaillo, orsalsa verde. it definately add alot of flavor that way

I need an easy recipe for dinner this evening?
I need something quick to make for dinner and Im all out of inspiration! Ive got lots of fresh vegetables, minced beef, diced beef, rice and pasta. Im always making chili, spag bol, and stir frys. I dont have an oven so it has to be something I can cook on the hob. Any ideas?? Thanks
Cook the diced beek in the pan, ad some honey until nice and brown.
chop your veg up, not to small but a nice chunky size. Add to cooked meat Fry them slighty in a pan then turn the heat down real low. Drizzle honey over the veg and turn them in the pan.
Boil rice..
And your done!

What's a good way to cook a rib eye steak without a grill?
I bought a couple of rib eyes earlier today, because I'm really in the mood for steak & potatoes... only thing is, I just found out today that my grill is busted and I don't have the money to pay for a new one so fast. So help me out, and give me some good recipes/tips for cooking a rib eye without one?
Also, if you have a good recipe for sweet baby carrots, that would be much appreciated, as well.
Get your pan searing hot, the cook it that way. I think it is delicious and makes a killer crust on thee outside. Just make sure you season it well. If you want to not overwhelm it, preheat your oven to 350 and finish the steak in there after you sear it. After you sear your meat if you want it well down turn down the heat on the last side of the meat.
A little lime on this steak rocks!
Personally I think all rib eye should be seared in a hot pan, it brings out the butteryness of the steak.
Baby carrots, blanche them in salt water, drain then heat some butter and a tinge of sugar and saute until sauce gets thick.

Any good recipes out there for beef ribs?
I've never grilled beef ribs but would like to try it out. Is there anything I need to know when buying beef ribs? Any good recipes you have used?

Beef ribs (not beef short ribs, but actual ribs) have even less meat on them than, say baby back ribs. The meat is positively delicious, but if you grill them too fast you're likely to get a very tough piece of meat.
Our family eats no pork so we spend a good deal of our summer munching beef ribs. Here are my tips:
SLOWROAST FIRST IF YOU PLAN TO "GRILL" THE RIBS (see below for barbequeing)
I know this takes the spontaneity out of it, but beef ribs benefit from an hour or two in a slow oven, say 250 degrees (I go down to 200 and increase the time). This step loosens the meat from the rib and gives the fat a chance to open up the meat (making it less tough). You can do this step days in advance or on the same day. You can even freeze the ribs after this step.
I start by rubbing the ribs with a mixture of brown sugar, salt, and garlic. Then I put them in a roasting pan covered with foil (you could also use your favorite rub). Another favorite mixture is celery salt, white sugar, and soy sauce. I've also rubbed them with chili powder, cumin, and sesame oil. It all depends on what your flavor of choice is.
Some people prefer to parboil their ribs, which works just as well for tenderizing them, but doesn't do so much for enhancing the flavor of the ribs.
Either way, once you've "tenderized" your ribs, you're ready to fire up the grill. You can also finish them off in the oven: bake at 375 for another 30-45 minutes basting with sauce.
If you just cannot get them to the oven before you grill them, try this trick: Put the ribs in a plastic zipper bag with lime juice, oregano, and a splash of tequila. Marinate overnight. The combination will tenderize the meat.
GRILL THE RIBS: DON'T PRE-COAT WITH SAUCE
After you have slow-roasted or par-boiled your ribs, if you don't finish the baking in the oven, you can grill them. There are many theories behind the grill method you use and whether or not you slather the ribs with sauce before or after the grilling (or both). For beef ribs, given the limited amount of meat on the bone, I prefer to coat them after they've been grilled. In this way, the sauce won't singe the meat when it's on the grill. While the flavor of burnt sauce can be tasty on something meaty, like a chicken breast, it doesn't do much for ribs.
SLOWROAST/BARBEQUE
There is a difference between barbequing and grilling. The foregoing suggestions contemplate grilling (cooking over a constant high heat). If you want to truly barbeque your ribs, then I recommend making a ring of hot coals around the edge of your pit and putting a pie tin of soaked hickory in the center. Place the ribs on racks so that the ribs are in the center of the racks, giving them indirect heat. Barbeque for 2 hours, replenishing your smoking chips and your coals as needed. This will yield very tender and smoky ribs. I still use a rub for this method and wait until the ribs are done before adding the sauce.

Beef Steak Recipes Easy
Just bought a slow cooker and I need a simple easy recipe for beef stew and also steak?
I really need a simple easy recipie for my new slow cooker. I have a cubed stew and just really need to know how long to cook it for and how much water. I also want to cook steaks and as I have never used a slow cooker before im kinda stuck
Crockpot Beef Stew
Low, moist heat makes for a tender, flavorful stew. Serve with
crusty bread to soak up the gravy.
1 pound beef stew meat
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, sliced
2 teaspoons dried italian seasonings, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons beef base or bouillon granules
2 cups hot water
In a slow cooker or crockpot coated with vegetable cooking spray,
combine beef stew meat, carrots, potatoes, onion, Italian seasonings
and pepper. Dissolve beef base in hot water and add to pot. Cook for
8 to 10 hours on LOW until tender.
Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
garlic powder to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cube beef bouillon
1/4 cup hot water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 large green bell peppers, roughly chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and brown the seasoned beef strips. Transfer to a slow cooker.
Mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved, then mix in cornstarch until dissolved. Pour into the slow cooker with meat. Stir in onion, green peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

Healthy recipes that include ground beef?
I'm looking for healthy recipes that use ground beef but I'm not finding much. 
Any tasty but healthy recipes with ground beef?

CROCKPOT MEATLOAF
1/2 cup whole milk
2 slices white bread
1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 small onion, peeled
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1 can (12 oz.) whole tomatoes
Place the milk and the bread in a large mixing bowl, and let stand until the bread has absorbed all the milk.
With two forks, break the bread into crumbs. Beat the ground beef into the crumbs until well mixed. Make a hollow in the center of the meat and break the eggs into it.
Beat the eggs slightly; then grate the onions into the eggs. Add salt, pepper and mustard. Mix the eggs into the beef.
Shape into a round cake and place in the slow cooker.
Drain the tomatoes, and place them on the meat. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
Before serving, uncover the pot; turn the heat to high, and reduce the sauce. It should be thick, not thin.
