im freaking out. i have to go to mexico in 2 weeks for spring break and i don't want to look so fat.

today i ate a banana, gum, tic tacs, wheat bagel, grapes, yogurt

then I PIGGED OUT! I had a huge mushroom omelete, like 12 girl scout thin mint cookies (thats 3 servings) a glass of 2 % milk, and two huge bowls of brown sugar miniwheats with 2% milk...what the hell is my problem? I wasn't even hungry but once i screwed it up by eating a cookie, i thought what the hell and ate everything i've been missing. now i feel like a bloated whale

is it possible for me to ever lose 30 pounds (eventually...i only want to lose like 5 by the time I go to Mexico) without doing this freaky stupid binge thing again? It's not for emotional reasons at all either! I just wanted all the yummy foods! I'm such a screw up
