Green Bean Mashed Potato Casserole?
I'm a veggie and I can't find a recipe for this w/o hamburger or meat in it. Any easy and simple recipes please reply.

This one has cheese in it. If you don't eat cheese, I guess u could remove it:
1 (10.75 oz) can Cream of Mushroom condensed soup
2 (14 oz) cans green beans, liquid removed
2 (15 oz) cans diced potatoes, liquid removed
1 pound Colby cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a small sized casserole dish.
Combine the soup, green beans, potatoes, and cheese in the dish.
Cover, and bake 30 minutes. Remove the cover, and bake an additional 15 minutes, until lightly browned and bubbly.
I feel hungry now!

Recipes Leftover Mashed Potatoes
2 cups of leftover mashed potatoes, would like a great recipe for potato cakes?
I would love to use some green onion and cheddar as well. Ive been looking and looking. Any recipes?
Here is a simple and good recipe with the ingredients you have on hand:
* 2 cups mashed potatoes
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* 1/4 cup chopped green onion
* 1 tablespoon butter
In a medium bowl, mix together potatoes, beaten egg, green onion, salt, and cheese. Melt butter on a large griddle at medium heat. Drop potato mixture onto griddle 1/4 cup at a time. Flatten with a spatula to 1/2 inch thick. Fry approximately 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Serve hot.

CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES
10 large potatoes, thinly sliced
2 large onions, chopped
2 cans cheddar cheese soup, condensed
1 cup milk
In a small bowl, combine soup with milk. In removable liner, layer one half the potatoes and one half the chopped onions; spread one half the soup-milk mixture. Repeat layering using rest of ingredients. Placed in base. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, high for 3-4 hours or auto for 5 hours.

Roasted turkey breast, when to add veggies?
I am making a roasted turkey breast in the oven tonight and I wanted to add some carrots and potatoes to the pan. When should I add them to the pan?? Also if you have any good recipes for the turkey breast I would really appreciate it. It is my first time making it in the oven and I am kind of winging it 
Roasting a turkey breast is very easy.
Wash your Turkey breast thoroughly under cold water and pat dry,
Place breast in a roasting pan, and Rub inside of breast with salt
On the outside (skin) of the breast, rub and massage skin with a fat(this could be Olive oil, Margarine, butter) and sprinkle on any herbs you may desire(Onion powder, garlic powder,pepper,rosemary,sage,)
After completing the above, when breast is in the pan, place aluminum foil over breast to form a tent over breast.
Place breast in 350f Degree oven for 20 minutes per pound.
At the point of your last hour of cooking, add your vegetables to the pan and continue to cook.
At the point of where you only have 1/2 hour left to cooking time, remove foil and allow breast to brown. Remove from oven and allow to rest 5~10 min. before carving.

That type of steak requires long slow cooking and you can't do that with kebabs as by the time the meat is cook what ever else you have, will probably be incinerated.

Does anyone have a low or non-fat recipe for Garlic Confetti Mashed Potatoes?
I had a recipe from a magazine (Reader's Digest, I think) for Confetti Mashed Potatoes that had celery, garlic, and carrots in it. All of the vegetables were boiled together and, if I remember correctly, there was no butter or margarine added, but may have had broth or milk added before mashing. I'd love to have the recipe for Thanksgiving if anyone has it.
Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Garlic

Weight Watchers Simply Delicious Winning Points Cookbook
Roasting rather thanboiling, the potatoes helps to give this classic side dish a lighter, fluffier texture. 2points.
Ingredients
1 1/2lbs Baking potatoes,scrubbed
7 Garlic cloves,peeled
1/3c. Low-fat(1%) milk
2 tbsp. Butter
1/2tsp. Salt
1/4tsp. Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Pierce the potatoes several times with a fork. Wrap the garlic in foil. Place the potatoes and garlic on a baking sheet. Bake until the potatoes pierceeasily with a fork and the garlic is softened, about 45min. Let cool until comfortable to handle, about 10min.
3. Slit the potatoes with a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the flesh; transfer to a bowl. Mash the garlic with a fork and combine in a small saucepan with the milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Heat the garlic mixture until hot. Pour over the potatoes and mash until smooth.

Church's Fried Chicken Recipe
WARNING. This recipe is so delicious that you might not be able to stop making it once you start! This Church's Fried Chicken Recipe tastes so close to the real thing your friends and family won't even know you made it at home!
Ingredients you will need for Church's Fried Chicken Recipe
- 1 cup corn oil
- 1 whole raw chicken cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 a cup of cornstarch
- 3 teaspoons of seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1/2 cup of biscuit mix
- 1 packet of Italian dressing mix
- 1 packer of onion soup mix
Preheat the 1 cup of corn oil in a large skillet.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl except the chicken and eggs.
Next mix the 2 eggs with 1/4 cup of cold water until they are well mixed.
Dip the raw chicken pieces into the egg mixture first and then the dry mix. Do this process twice.
Brown the chicken pieces in a skillet for 4 to 6 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally. Use medium to high heat.
Next transfer the chicken pieces to a large baking pan that has been oiled. Cover 3 sides with foil and let steam escape on one end.
Bake the chicken at 350F for about 45 to 50 minutes and then remove the foil and bake the chicken for another 5 minutes until the coating is crisp.
Serve this Church's Fried Chicken recipe warm with a heaping serving of corn, mashed potatoes and gravy and you have yourself one of the best meals ever!
