Recipe for Cheesecake Factory's Buffalo Blasts?
Hello,
My family loves the "Buffalo Blasts" at Cheesecake Factory restaurant, but we can't always go there. Does anyone know the recipe for the "Buffalo Blasts" so that we make them ourselves sometimes?

I couldn't find Cheesecake Factory's recipe on the Internet. This is a basic recipe you could experiment with. Sorry, it's the best I can do.
CHARMIE'S BUFFALO CHICKEN WONTONS
There are a few recipes out there for these, but I don't really like bleu cheese, so this recipe uses cream cheese. A nice combination of hot and cool flavors!! You can even used leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup cream cheese
24 wonton wrappers
oil (for frying, peanut suggested)
NOTE: all amounts are suggested; feel free to adjust to your personal preference.
Mix the chicken with the hot sauce and garlic. Mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
Put about a tsp into the center of a wonton, seal edges using a little water. Keep covered until all wontons are done.
Heat oil to about 325 degrees F.
Fry wontons, a few at a time, until lightly brown and crisp.
Serve with bleu cheese or ranch salad dressing for dipping.
NOTE: The filling can be made the day ahead and refrigerated, and the flavor intensifies.

I'm a little nervous about cooking lamb chops for the first time- any pointers?
I have fresh rosemary from my herb garden. I do a lot of cooking, this is just one meat i've never tried at home. I've only even had it twice in restaurants. I live in the south where lamb is just not a common meat. Below, is my inspiration recipe, though I'm terrible about following them step by step. I usually just cook by ear.
8 (4-ounce) lamb chops
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary leaves
1 lemon, halved
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preheat a hot grill and the oven to 400 degrees F.
Rub the chops with oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon, salt, and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Put on a baking sheet and finish in the oven, about 5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
The recipe sounds nice, but you don't need to do anything to the chops for them to taste great.
I like to leave chops plain and put them under a hot grill - You need to use a high heat to make sure that the fat browns well - that is where most of the flavour is. I would give them about 5 minutes on each side, and see how brown they are - they may need a little longer depending on your grill.
You don't need to put them in the oven unless you want the meat well done. You can serve good quality lamb rare, although I prefer mine medium.
Mint is another very good accompaniment for lamb, which you could use in a similar way to the rosemary in your recipe, or add it to whatever you're serving with the chops.

red lobster biscuit recipe?
does anyone know the recipe, i have found guesses to the recipe online but i want the actuall recipe. i know they have a book that has "secret" recipes of restaurants but idk what thats called so if you at least know that, you should let me know.
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix
¾ cup cold whole milk
4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick)
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 heaping cup grated cheddar cheese
Bush on Top:
2 tablespoons butter, melted
¼ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
pinch salt
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork. You don't want to mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter in there that are about the size of peas. Add cheddar cheese, milk, and ¼ teaspoon garlic. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix.
3. Drop approximately ¼-cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop.
4. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown.
5. When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt 2 tablespoons butter is a small bowl in your microwave. Stir in ½ teaspoon garlic powder and the dried parsley flakes. Use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits. Use up all of the butter. Makes one dozen biscuits.

Me and my hubby went to the Outback restaurant and I had a great drink called Pineapple Chipolte Margarita. Does anyone know the recipe for this wonderful drink?

Pineapple Tangerine Margarita Recipe
ready in: < 30 minutes
Difficulty: 3 (1=easiest :: hardest=5)
Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
6 tangerines, tangelos, or mandarin oranges
2 cups fresh pineapple cubes, tightly packed or canned pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons , rice syrup, or other sweetener
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 cups ice cubes
1/8 teaspoon mild chili powder
1 pinch salt
Pineapple wedges dipped in chili powder for garnish
Directions:
Juice tangerines. You should have about 1 3/4 cups juice. Place in blender with pineapple, sweetener, lime juice, ice, chili powder, and salt. Blend on highest speed till smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve margaritas in goblets garnished with pineapple wedges.
Calories.....72....Fat....0.8 g.....Fiber...1 g.
