Zucchini Patties With Cheese (mücver)

Ingredients:
4 medium zucchinis
1 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped dill, fresh ( 1 tablespoon dry dill weed)
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup regular flour
1 cup vegetable oil
salt
Directions:
Peal and grate the zucchinis into deep bowl, add feta cheese crumbled by hand and add all other ingredients except vegetable oil and mix well with a fork. Place oil in a frying pan and heat, drop the zucchini mixture with a tablespoon and fry both sides until golden. Serve hot but it also delicious if eaten cold.
This mixture can also be baked in a pyrex dish for 30 minutes and cut into squares and served hot.
